No, falling asleep on the sofa from 1030 to 130 on a weeknight is not a good idea. Neither is slipping and putting stress on your knee when trying to get to the bathroom whilst not really awake on the way to bed.
I sure was, despite trying to convince myself otherwise. Until about 4, then slept in this morning. My hair is a wreck, and I have a matched set of luggage under my eyes.
