Don't you think Bush looks tired?
I couldn't resist; it's the most amusing thing I've seen today, and it was one of the main things to endear me to David Tennant, following the CBC's unexpected broadcast of the Xmas special. :)

He's just found out that the PM, who we previously thought of as nice if a bit bumbling, is actually a politician - she orders a retreating alien vessel blown out of the sky rather than let them get away and maybe return to the attack another day (resemblances to the sinking of the Belgrano during the Falklands war entirely intended, I think).
The Doctor is absolutely furious about this, and starts raving at the PM that he can bring her down with a single word. She warns him not to threaten her, and he replies, "No, six words will do it", then walks over to her aide and whispers in his ear: "Don't you think she looks tired?".
By the end of the show you see her denying that she has any health issues before a vote of no confidence.
I thought it was a very clever and credible piece of writing, and made me think that the new Doctor has a lot of the John Constantine about him (the comic's version, not the movie's).

*exhale - breath not needed*
Yep. He's got it. Nothing for me to add.
Except it's not just Dr Who - it's actually a very powerful way of undermining someone. :)
