Calling the Mac techies!

Kathleen's iBook has, as of yesterday, a completely dead screen. The little pulsing sleep light is also not coming on. She can hear the hard drive whirring, and the chimes when she turns it on, but nothing on the screen.

Any ideas?

As usual, chocolate or something is on offer... ;)
