Bloody phones (but not as bad as some - yet!)

I seem to have mislaid my phone charger - somewhere between here & Glasgow, and as the phone is on its last legs, thought I'd see about getting an upgrade - the Motorola V3 in black seeming appropriate. O2's computers have been down since I first tried at about a quarter to 9 this morning. It doesn't say a lot about their service abilities... although I guess I sould just be glad it isn't Vodaphone!

ETA: Now working, all sorted, phone on its way, no charge.

ETA 2: And just as well, as one of the partners just visited my office to ask me to do some research for him, tripped over the cord to the borrowed charger, and has no doubt hastened the old phone's demise.
