I don't know what to do.

I don't, at all. My parenst had a conference with the doctor this morning - things are not good, and getting worse. My aunt arrived from PA yesterday, and as of yesterday, grandmother no longer is aware of who anyone is. Dad says I do not need to come home, I should "do what is best for me" and not waste money - they'll see me in July.

But my head is not here.
