Well, the weather-dependent holiday (a.k.a. The Royal St John's Regatta) hasn't happened today.
It's surreal; lying in bed at 6 am waiting for the committee to decide if the city's open or closed on the first Wednesday of August.
Actually, tomorrow suits me better anyway but the weather forecast's not showing much likelihood of an improvement.
